The Bilingual Warranty Customer Service Account Coordinator is responsible for processing all parts and labor warranty requests for US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Central and South America.
The Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Account Coordinator position will act as the point of contact for US and LATAM customers to facilitate the process of field replacement parts orders. Consisting of resolving product problems by clarifying the customers’ issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, and then following up to ensure a resolution.

The Help Desk Analyst Co-op troubleshoots and resolves issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware failures, printing problems, user accounts, etc. with exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on building customer rapport and listening.
The Process/Project Engineering Co-op will work with the Process and Project Engineers to provide day to day support for all production lines, perform engineering design projects, and develop and implement production related projects.
The Robotics and Automation Co-op plays a key role as part of the Production Engineering Team. This Engineering Co-op will help drive improvements through automation and the continuous implementation of robotics throughout the company working with the Robotics/Automation Team.
