The Customer Service Account Coordinator provides distinct business to business professional support to our US and Canadian sales force while working collaboratively with our internal teams. The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for tier 1 responses and troubleshooting of all incoming requests to the Help Desk. The Chemical/Environmental Engineering Co-op will assist the Environmental and Chemical Engineering Department in all environmental and chemical affairs of the company. Primary responsibilities will be in the Paints and Finishings Group. Additional activities will include involvement with air, water and land regulations, permitting requirements, hazardous material use, shipment and disposal.
The Sustainability Co-op will assist the Environmental and Chemical Engineering Department, Sustainability Team, and other core departments in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives and projects. Such activities include energy, water, air, and waste savings.
The liquid paint coating department is responsible for in-house operations of applying decorative and functional liquid paint coating finishes onto various metal refrigerator and freezer parts. This department’s responsibilities include developing processes, determining application procedures, and liquid painting new product development and production parts to meet the company’s demand. The Liquid Paint Specialist will be responsible for operating the paint booth equipment to meet production requirements. They will work underneath the department supervisor to ensure production goals are achieved. Training and in-house certification will be provided for this specific position to the selected candidate(s).
The IT Department is seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Co-Op who will be based out of the O’Fallon, MO office. As an Operations Analyst Co-op, you will be responsible for monitoring system health, developing automation scripts, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure efficient operations. This role will also provide technical support, maintain documentation, and ensure systems comply with security policies.
This position will involve performing research and collecting data to assist in the identification of process improvement opportunities. Assistance in providing and developing reports for the management team to help make decisions will also be required.
The Business Intelligence Co-op will analyze data on different business or operations problems using business intelligence tools in order to provide insight for decision making.
The Process/Project Engineering Co-op will work with the Process and Project Engineers to provide day to day support for all production lines, perform engineering design projects, and develop and implement production related projects.

We are seeking a motivated AI Analyst Co-op to join our team and support the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role offers hands-on experience working with real-world data, modern AI tools, and cross-functional teams while applying academic knowledge in a professional setting.
The Help Desk Analyst Co-op troubleshoots and resolves issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware failures, printing problems, user accounts, etc. with exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on building customer rapport and listening.

The intern will shadow and assist the automation project team and technicians in the design, build, programming and testing process of new custom automated robotic machines. They will also assist the technicians in troubleshooting and repairing automated and robotic cells as needed.
