The Customer Service Support Coordinator role supports the Account Coordinator team by completing daily, weekly and quarterly administrative tasks including, but not limited to, order preparation, data entry, order shipment set up, maintaining department documentation, and department projects.
The Customer Service Account Coordinator provides distinct business to business professional support to our US and Canadian sales force while working collaboratively with our internal teams. Team Members in this role will be responsible for email and phone communication with Corporate Purchasing Agents and Procurement Specialists. In this position Team Members will answer product availability questions, enter customer orders, gain and apply product knowledge. The Customer Service Account Coordinator will work closely with our Traffic, Distribution, Demand Planning and Invoicing Teams to manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish. The Customer Service Account Coordinator must be highly organized, accurate, and accustomed to multitasking while working at a fast pace.
Responsible for analyzing and reporting on the cash position, cash flow, and liquidity of the company. Developing and maintaining cash flow reports, forecasts and projections as well as managing and executing cash transactions. Maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions andassists inevaluating loans, interest rates and equity investments.
The Process/Project Engineering Co-op will work with the Process and Project Engineer to provide day to day support for all production lines, perform engineering design projects, and develop and implement production related projects.
The Packaging Engineering Co-op will work with the Packaging Engineer to design and maintain protective packaging for commercial refrigerators, design internal packaging components, test new packaging materials, and troubleshoot packaging issues for the production lines.
The Process/Project Engineering Co-op will work with the Process and Project Engineers to provide day to day support for all production lines, perform engineering design projects, and develop and implement production related projects.
The RemoteField Service Technician is responsible fordeveloping and maintaining technical resources for all divisions in addition to leadership in all technical service functions throughout their assigned territory, while working in conjunction with the Service Manager to maintain consistency.
