The Customer Service Account Coordinator provides distinct customer service to our external customers and support to our US & Canadian sales force while working collaboratively with our internal teams. This position will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound phone calls and email communication with our customers and sales force. Gain proficient product knowledge, answer inventory availability questions, understand and be able to price customer orders, enter/process orders into the company’s order management system, prepare/submit production request to build equipment, process credits, and handle returns. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external customers and sales force. Interact and communicate with other internal departments to address customer inquiries and to manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish. Maintain training of processes and procedures and up to date product knowledge on new and existing products.

The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
