The Human Resources Representative provides employee relations assistance and is the liaison between the factory and HR department. This position requires the ability to travel to all facilities as needed and involves being in a factory environment for up to 100% of the workday, talking with employees regarding company policies and benefits, and examining and resolving employee concerns and issues. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and has excellent communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Two or more years related experience in either a Factory or Human Resources environment required.
PHR, SHRM CP, or membership to related HR membership and/or publications preferred.
