Overview

The Customer Service Account Coordinator provides distinct customer service to our external customers and support to our US & Canadian sales force while working collaboratively with our internal teams. This position will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound phone calls and email communication with our customers and sales force. Gain proficient product knowledge, answer inventory availability questions, understand and be able to price customer orders, enter/process orders into the company’s order management system, prepare/submit production request to build equipment, process credits, and handle returns. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external customers and sales force. Interact and communicate with other internal departments to address customer inquiries and to manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish. Maintain training of processes and procedures and up to date product knowledge on new and existing products.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  

  • Project an enthusiastic attitude to provide True Residential dealers and consumers with a positive True customer service experience.
  • Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for True Residential dealers and consumers of high-end residential appliances. 
  • Responsible for email communication with True Residential sales force, dealers, service providers, and at times consumers of high-end residential appliances.
  • Provide support to our outside True Residential sales representatives and work closely with them to achieve customer order specifications and satisfaction. 
  • Perform accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Troubleshoot delivery and performance issues with sales representatives and our Service Department.
  • Perform all follow-up steps and documentation to ensure the order is completed, shipped, and delivered on time.  
  • Quote lead times and delivery dates for product not in stock (both factory and warehouse).
  • Maintain inventory levels for offsite warehouse locations.
  • Perform accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of available products, services, and country-specific requirements through company training sessions and effective use of available resources.
  • Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, customer relations or similar field preferred.
  • Four or more years of combined education and/or experience in a professional work environment required.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude; team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding work environment.
  • Must be professional, have a strong attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must have a positive, energetic, and professional attitude and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Enthusiasm in working with customers on the phone is required.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently required. 
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Experience with manufacturing is preferred.

The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
