True Manufacturing, a worldwide refrigeration manufacturer, ranked Best in Class for 15 years, is looking to add a refrigeration service technician to our internal staff. Responsibilities

  • Answering technical service questions by phone or e-mail.
  • Writing repair instructions.
  • Factory and field technical service training.
  • Presenting to groups of all sizes.
  • Reviewing new products for possible service-related concerns.
  • Be willing and able to work with many other groups within the company on various projects.
  • Candidate must be willing and able to travel occasionally.
  • This is primarily working in an office environment, as this job requires a large volume of phone and e-mail communication.
  • Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Five or more years of refrigeration service experience required.
  • Must possess EPA Certification in safe-handling of refrigerants.
  • Candidate must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Professional, friendly and have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Must be reliable and honest.

The hours for this position are 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
