Provide technical assistance to computer users and answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
The term of the apprenticeship is 1 year with an OJL attainment of all competencies listed, supplemented by the minimum required 244 hours of related instruction from the courses herein. (Note: The competency-based training approach does not require hours.)
